The primary leadership of Woodbridge Christian Church is made up of the Ministers and the Elders. The ministers are paid staff, called by the congregation to serve here. The elders are the lay leaders of the congregation, unpaid, and re-elected each year. The senior minister is considered an elder for voting purposes. All other staff report to the senior minister. Each of the elders oversee one or more ministry teams.

Ministry Teams
There are many gifted servants that perform ministry work, just as in the early church. We have teams for worship, missions, prayer, youth groups, and many others. Each ministry is headed by a lay team leader.
